Training ConsultantReporting Line
Your line manager is the Business Consultant Manager, you will also be reporting into Project Managers for activities taking place during project life cycle or Account Managers for extra project activities (Consulting).
During quite periods you will also participate to project as a Business consultant on projects or service to define, implement and deliver Business Rules to customers.
Role
Your role is to provide the following services during projects or consultancy services. Note that each intervention may be different in scope. The list hereafter represents a set of roles you will be asked to undertake;
- Coordinate and schedule all training sessions within the VoluBill Professional Services, even if the training is not to be delivered by the training consultant,
- Deliver training courses to VoluBill customers and partners,
- Liaise with the BSF team, the Lab and 3rd party production companies for the preparation of the training material for standard,
- Liaise with the project team for the delivery of customised customer training,
- Transfer knowledge to our customers in particular on the operability and usability of the solution,
- Support the customer support team in answering operation related queries.
Responsibility
Your responsibilities will be in line with your role and are listed hereafter:
- Single point of contact within Professional Services to the coordination and scheduling of Customer training courses,
- Define and produce the content of the training courses and modules. For this the training consultant will get prepackaged training material from the Lab and from the BSF team,
- Ensure that the BSSG team and/or the Lab understand requirements for training courses,
- Define and maintain a training environment that can be ported easily onto a customer’s system and used remotely,
- Define and implement processes and templates to coordinate, manage logistics and environment of training courses,
- Customer satisfaction regarding the quality of the training,
- Support Programme Manager in the scoping and estimation of Training and Consulting services.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Training of Telecom solutions.
- The candidate must have in relatively good understanding of mobile Telco operations, network and OSS/BSS systems.
- Some experience in charging and billing would be clearly an advantage.
- The candidate will have excellent spoken and written communications skills and be absolutely fluent in English (others languages such as French would also be a plus).
- The candidate will be organized, articulate and comfortable in front of an audience.
- The candidate will have to be outgoing, talkative, good at breaking the ice and connect rapidly with people.
- The candidate will have to be self motivated and objective driven.
- Willing to travel globally.
The role is based out of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, and may require significant travel to client sites depending on project needs.
