About the vacancy
Reporting to the Head of Implementation and Support, we are looking for Delivery & Support engineers with up to 2 years experience in the Telecommunication / IT / Network worlds. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences in the mentioned areas are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibility as Delivery and Support engineer is to integrate and configure our Charge it™ solution prior to delivery to our customers and be a member of the support team to provide an efficient and quality support to our customers. Your role will bring you from the assembly of new systems’ hardware to the configuration of the software following our customers’ requirements up to the delivery of the solution on the customer’s premises. You will have to be creative in order to improve processes and tools, but at the same time follow rigorously existing processes to ensure the quality expected by our customers.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required skills : Internet protocols, Linux scripting or Routing
• Preferred skill(s): Router/switches configuration, perl, shell scripting, ticket tracking tools, SQL
• Limited presence on site can be required
• Excellent communication skills, customer contact, autonomy, totally fluent in English.
• Role based in Kuala Lumpur
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents
