London, United Kingdom—February 15, 2010— Volubill, a leading supplier of real-time monitoring, policy control and charging software to communication providers around the world, will deliver a joint presentation with South American Telefonica subsidiary Movistar Venezuela at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, February 15-18, 2010. The presentation, to be delivered as part of the conference’s two-part Networking Breaking Point! track, will be given by Movistar Venezuela CIO, Gustavo Reyes, and Volubill CEO, John Aalbers.
Volubill and Movistar Venezuela’s joint presentation will take place during part one of the Networking Breaking Point! Sessions, beginning at 2:00 PM CET on February 17, 2010 at Mobile World Congress. Both sessions will be moderated by Heavy Reading chief analyst, Graham Finnie, and will feature other industry executives from companies like AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, Telefonica, Verizon Wireless and others. Additionally, Volubill executives will be on hand at Stand 1B18 to discuss how the company’s products address issues surrounding bill shock management, segmented charging, usage management, and PCRF standards.
