London, United Kingdom—7 December 2009— Volubill, a leading supplier of real-time charging and policy control applications for fixed and mobile service providers, today announced that the company’s CHARGE-IT product line has been honored with the 2009 INTERNET TELEPHONY BSS/OSS Product of the Year award.
