Overview

Volubill’s CONTROL-IT Policy Manager is a real-time system designed to deliver policy and charging rules & decisions to multiple network and service delivery platforms based on subscriber activity and eco-system events. Its rules represent the requirements of business, network and IT managers as stakeholders in how services are orchestrated and delivered end-to-end in accordance to subscriber preferences, service agreement and network consideration covering:

CONTROL-IT PM is a high-performance policy product designed ground-up to support the multi-session nature of subscriber data service access. It is able to orchestrate every subscriber session as part of an overall service and revenue assurance strategy. In addition its ability to generate real-time Advice of Service dialogue with subscribers enables an efficient and effective ability for service upgrade, up-sell and advisory for revenue migration exercises.
