Overview
Usage management is an important activity of service providers for balancing the demands on network resources, services and capacity among growing data consumers, bandwidth-hungry applications and always-connected devices. - Identifies, shapes and restricts session and bandwidth usage at the user-level using any combination of factors such as congestion, peak/off-peak time bands, subscriber type/plan/quota, application identification and subscriber preferences.
